Authorizations, undertakings and acknowledgements
By completing and signing this Account Opening form, we hereby confirm represent that:
1. I/we have received and reviewed the Emperesse Supply Chain Policy and undertake to
comply with its provisions;
2. I/we confirm that we are observing and complying with domestic and international laws,
rules and regulations, including those governing the illicit trade in precious metals and the
United Nation Security Council (UNSC) sanctions;
3. I/we hereby declare that I/we will maintain ……% margin on my precious metals trading
account. When the margin level on my account reaches 2% I authorize Emperesse Bullion
LLC to close my open positions.
